Finished one day Public Expenditure Tracking Survey Training

Human Rights Protection & Legal Service Center, HRPLSC-Nepal and Bageshwari Ashalsasan Club, BAS had organized jointly one day's survey Preparation orientation for Public Expenditure Tracking Survey on 29th December 2015 at Nepalgunj in coordination with New ERA Kathmandu. The orientation discussion was focused on household survey data collection of senior citizen, widow and single women.

In the beginning, SAcP Mr. Bamdev Pokhrel welcomed all participants as well as PRAN and New ERA team. After introduction and name registration program. Executive chief of HRPLSC Mr. Top Bahadur Khadka and Acting President Mr. Man Bahadur Bhandari were able to speak about his organization. Than after Mr. Pokhrel was focused on the objectives of the program. Mr. Pokhrel was shared objective of the program at that time Mrs. Diyoti Baral (M&E of New ERA) was also put the views for supporting to clear objective of the program. Than after SAcP Mr. Namaskar Shah did a presentation about current situation of security allowance of Nepal.

 HRPLSC and BAS being implemented survey of public management project supported by PRAN/CECI. Twenty VDCs Banke distributed about the situation of the social security allowance to pursue public spending is to be surveyed. Through local Government of Nepal, Senior citizens, widow, single women has been attributable to allowance distribute. The allowance distributed regularity, effectiveness, and satisfaction of those who receive allowances survey identification real condition and age.

One thousand household information collection form twenty VDCs of Banke district like as Khaskusma, Kachanapur, Banakatawa, Matehiya, Narainapur, , Mahadebapuri, Raniyampur, Titihiriya, Gangapur, Bankatti, Bageswori, Laxmanpur, Udarapur, khajurakhuda, saigau, Katakuiya, Sonapur, Ganapur, kalaphata and puraini. One enumerator get 50 household survey from each VDCs 35 could senior citizen, 10 widow and 5 single women. Program was facilitated by senior social accountability practionar Mr. Bamdev Pokhrel from HRPLSC and Mr. Namaskar Shah. They were facilitated concept of survey, purpose of survey and form filling exercise for clear of them tasks.

During the program Mr. Gopal Sunar, Mentor of PRAN/CECI also put his views to clear major objective survey and also share his practical knowledge of survey. In this way program was end.
