The Bansgadhi branch of Nepal's first life insurance company, renowned for holding the largest life insurance fund to carry the liabilities of its insured members, has successfully conducted an agent training program.

The two-day training was organized targeting new agents with two key objectives: expanding the company's business through skilled agent development and spreading awareness about the need and importance of insurance among the general public.

A total of 30 trainee agents participated in the program, which was held in Bansgadhi under the coordination of Govinda Raj Poudel of the Bansgadhi branch. The training sessions were led by an experienced team including Shailesh Shrestha, Regional Head of the company, Bamdev Pokhrel, Head of Bansgadhi Branch, and Shivraj Tharu, Senior Agency Manager, who covered a wide range of topics related to insurance and agency development.

The impact of the training was best reflected in the words of the participants themselves. Trainee Bimala Chaudhary shared her newfound perspective: "Everyone knows that we will leave this world one day, but we don't know when and how, so we have to insure." Her words capture the essence of life insurance, preparing for life's uncertainties.

Another participant, Ram Kumar Tharu, reflected on the realities of aging. He noted that while it is a well-known fact that we all grow older with time, no one knows whether old age will bring misery or happiness. Since no one has seen the future, he learned through the training that insurance is the most reliable way to ensure support and security in old age.

These testimonials demonstrate how agent training programs do more than build business skills; they transform participants into advocates who genuinely understand the value of financial protection.

As the company with the highest paid-up capital in the life insurance sector and the largest number of life insurers in Nepal, the company continues its mission of bringing financial security to every household.

Don't wait for tomorrow. Be sure to insure yourself and your family on time, with the company Nepal trusts most.
